After receiving a request for a bid, we will send an estimator to visit the site to determine the scope of work and materials needed.  Within a few days (or sooner depending on your unique needs) we will send you a bid outlining our estimated cost for labor, and materials if required. We will also provide an estimate time frame and our availability to get started.
